NEW—Learning Teams
Delegates will have the opportunity to participate in interactive learning sessions both days of the Summit. As a member of a Learning Team, you will complete a pre-summit strategy survey which benchmarks your organization's strengths and gap areas against a database of industry best practices in strategy management. Your individual survey results are then used as a basis for the Learning Team activity over the course of the Summit. Learning Teams benefit from strategy expert feedback, peer interaction and input, and leverage the resources of the Summit to create an action plan they can implement following the event.
“The Summit leveraged best practice thought leaders to introduce proven concepts, and then reinforced these concepts with compelling real life examples presented by successful leaders of strategy execution. All 3 days were valuable. Nice mix of large group, breakouts, and clinic sessions.”
John Tenroew, Director of Corporate Planning & Analysis,
Residential Capital Corporation (ResCap)
“There were many great ideas and examples that my brain is bursting. You might go for the advertised content but you also come home with the wisdom of the attendees.”
Susan Uzupis, Business Performance Manager,
Terasen Gas Inc.
“Great mix of new theory and proven practice!”
Rohini Wadhawan, Business Performance Specialist,
Mercy Health Partners
“The conference is an excellent opportunity to network and learn how to improve and balance your organization through a common sense approach. The Balanced scorecard provides a strategic method to manage and succeed in the competitive and changing environment.”
Maria Reynoso-Mahan, Tax Compliant Supervisor,
State of California - Employment Development Department
